Long, Tall, and Skinny Hello

Hello!  Today I am sharing images from Diane's Daydream Designs.  The set is called Doodle Flowers.  I created my own designer paper by copying different colored flower images and resizing them on the document so that it contained quite a bit of white space.  I printed off the butterfly separately, cut it out and mounted it.  The sentiment is a Mary Engelbreit rubber stamp. And the size of the card?  Not the typical A2.  It's the smaller business-sized envie that is just a bit larger than a check.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Come again soon!

Hi!  Ever had a bad day?  You look in the mirror and you just look all washed out.  Well, after your make up is almost done, you grab your brightest lipstick, and just look what it does to your face and your mood!  Instantly fabulous!  And what if your BFF was "down?"  You would tell her go get her red lipstick and seize the day!

Today I am showcasing images and sentiments from Diane's Daydream Designs, and when this set hit the shop, I just knew it was destined for the crafting studio.

So Very Sorry

Hello and welcome back!  Today I have a card to share with images from Diane's Daydream Designs.  The set is called Doodle Flowers and the flower images make a wonderful background for the butterfly image in the set. It was great fun to click and drag the images onto the document to create the background.  Of course, I could have done the same thing with the butterfly image, but I wanted him to be popped up instead.

I hope you like it and that you will try some of your own "digital magic".  Stop in and see Diane's designs and stop by her blog to see inspiration from the design team.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Patience of a Gardener

Hello!  We all know patience is a virtue, but waiting for plants to re-emerge after winter takes a great deal of patience.  We southerners are lucky because we have short winters and long growing seasons, but northern gardens are breathtaking and certainly worth waiting for.

I hope you like this image and sentiment from Diane's Daydream Designs.  It  reminds me of a dear gardening friend that I lost last year, and her beautiful Minnesota gardens.  I just know she would have loved the image as much as I love it.

Thanks for stopping by today!

MFP Color Challenge 22

Hello!  Oh, how I love frogs! I have two friends that are frog fanatics and when I see a frog image, I have to have it because it reminds me of my friends.

Here's my card using a set called Tree Frogs.

It's getting to be the time of year when we almost can't hear ourselves think because of the tree frogs singing in our back yard.  This little guy reminds me that when we were in
Costa Rica, we tried desperately to get a photo of the blue tree frog.  We tried and tried and never could find one so I am happy to have this wonderful set of stamps that reminds me of our quest.

Supplies:
Papers:  green card stock,
ink sponged designer paper made by me,
gold metallic paper
Inks:  Adirondack Citrus, Meadow, Rust,
Kaleidocolor Desert Heat
Stamps:  MFP Tree Frogs
Color:  Promarkers, Twinkling H2Os

Under Your Wing

Hello friends and new followers!  Are you a collector?  I started off with owl figures.  I collected about a dozen or so lovely own statuettes, but space became a problem,  and then moved on to hot air balloons which took even more space, LOL.  If only I had been a card maker/ stamper back then.  Think of the space I would have saved by just collecting wonderful images instead.

It's so nice to have you drop by to see what I've created today with an owl image from Deedee's Digis.  If you haven't stopped by to see what she's created lately, you are in for a treat.   But enough of my new to the DT ramblings.  Here's the card...

Do you know about Deedee's Progressive Challenge?  If you create one project using the image of the month, you get the next month's image set FREE.  So what are you waiting for?  Join the progressive challenge or shop at Deedee's store!

Thanks for stopping by!
