It's Monday and we can get your week off to a good start with a challenge from FOSTV.  This week's theme is "under the sea"--easy peasy.  Get out those stamps and have some fishy fun.

Hello Spring Flowers

Are you waiting for Spring?  Here's a card from a Deedee's Digis set called Spring Blocks to get you thinking of spring flowers.  This is for all my friends that love a purple and green combo.  Maybe it was made especially for you!

Butterflies and Birthdays

Butterflies!  Can't resist them, can you?  I have been making butterfly cards and thinking spring because we are having a warm spell here in the south.  Today's card is for the Speedy Fox challenge at http://mfpspeedytv.ning.com/page/fostv-challenge.  Use butterflies on a birthday card and you can enter our challenge.
My card uses silver heat embossing on black card stock.  Then I poured bleach over it and the mottled colors appeared.  I liked it so well, I left it at that.  Try it!  It's a fun technique.

Dog and Butterflies

Who let the dogs out!  That's our theme for this week at the Speedy Fox and Friends challenge on the MFP blog site.  This dog is outside the fence but is enjoying the butterfly tree in the spring sunshine.  One couldn't resist landing on his nose!

Have you joined our blog site yet?  We moved from the old one and you may not have signed up again to follow us.

Animals--and especially dogs-- are a fun theme and here's my card!

    Triangles of Fun

Try a new shape card for this weeks Friends of Speedy TV.  Be inspired and create a card in the shape of a triangle.  Here's mine.  Although this may have a different name, when I look at it, it creates 2 triangles so that makes it twice as good as a triangle, right?  Anyway, be sure to join us for triangular fun this week!

    Layer Upon Layer

This week on the MFP Stamp Shop Blog, we are working with 4 or more layers on a card for the Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge.  Maybe I should send this to a Gator fan because it is all oranges and blues.   It is definitely a "card of many layers" like Joseph's coat of many colors and inside I have an additional message and image.  So don't be a silly goose and join us on the MFP Stamp Shop blog and for the SFF Challenge.

Layers and Lilies, White on White

White on white cards are so elegant.  I used Easter Lilies from Deedee's Digis to create the focal point of the card.  Inside, it could say Easter Blessings or With Deepest Sympathy or Congratulations for a wedding card or Get Well.  White on white cards are so versatile.
The sketch is from Tuesday Morning Sketches and the white-on-white idea came from Fan-Tastic Tuesday.  You could win a wonderful prize from Deedee's Digis at either challenge so stop in and check it out!

    Added embossing to several layers.

Popped up several layers as well.
Left in the shadows so you could tell.

    I'm a Words Girl--Not Numbers

Divide the world into halves--tp scrunched or folded, tp roll going over or under, toothpaste pressed at the end or middle, numbers or words.  I'm a "words" girl.  But this card's theme is numbers so sewing came to mind.  You can divide the world like that too--people who can't thread a needle and those who can make a whole outfit--and all the levels in the middle.  I used to sew but now I make sewing-themed or quilt cards for fun and never have to worry about the machine's tension or threading that hole that seems to get smaller and smaller as the years pass.   Come and join us at the Friends of Speedy TV challenge this week and use numbers!

I do, but I never play the lottery numbers.
     Here's sending you blessings
    as your fortune this week

Easter is just around the corner.  Are you thinking bunnies, chicks, and pastel colors? FOSTV this week is asking you to make an Easter card.  Won't you join us this week?  Is there really any reason you can't enter our challenge?  If you need an excuse, take out something from your stash.  I needed an excuse to use my new die from Heartfelt Creations.
