Dear Friends,
As the year draws to a close, I would like to take the MFP Stamp Shop and my fellow teamies for a wonderful year of creating with their images.  I have selected just a few of my favorites to share with you today.
May next year, be as creative for all of us!
And now, just a few!

Deedee's Digis Is Closing

Yes, it is sad but true--Deedee's Digis is closing.  If you go to her website, you will see this message from this lovely artist:

Just a friendly reminder that Deedee's Digis will be closing permanently on December 31, 2015. If you have a prize or promo code, please redeem it before then, as we will be unable to honor it after that date. All products in our shop are available at 75% discount, and will not be available to purchase after the closure, so be sure to snag the ones you want before then. Thanks so much! :-)

Knowing that you are very busy during the holiday season, I am posting this reminder of her sale.  You don't want to miss it.  Here are some cards I created to inspire you to visit  the shop.  There is an image for every season and for every occasion!  Check out shop.deedeesdigis.com as soon as possible.

Blue Skies

Nothing cheers me up more than bright blue skies,
so when MFP/SFF chose monochromatic blue for
the challenge theme this week, I was elated.
Because hot air balloons are one of my favorite things,
it was a perfect combination.

I created the background paper
 using watercolor paper,
an embossing folder (Can you ever have too many?  I think not!),
brayering the raised portions,
and heat embossing with white ep.
It's a technique I can't seem to get enough of.

Hope you like it and will join us this week.
Think blue!

Oh What Fun! Santa Tracker

Those folks at Google!
Not only do they have a little building
that you can assemble
if you click and drag it to your desktop,
but you can track Santa too!

Purple Passion

We're creating monochromatic cards at the
MFP/SFF challenge this week
and the color is purple.

I used the Small Flowers stamp set and
a Sizzix card kit die to frame them.

It's definitely a card for purple lovers.

Hope you can join us!

Stockings and Flamingos

Hello, Friends!
It’s Kren from A Fourth Life,
here again to share a holiday card with you.

My first card should bring a smile.
I call myself a "flamingo" because I am a native Floridian who flies north
for a period of time.  I am not a "snowbird" that flies south for the winter.
Plus, in Florida, we celebrate Christmas different from you northerners.
My card today tries to capture that spirit.

UMS 7018 Sentiments 1 Unmounted Sheet

And for you northerners, here is a more traditional image.
It uses the Stamptangle Stocking image E3855.
Heat embossed with black EP and then
painted with Twinkling H20’s.
It is mounted against a brick embossed background
that was wiped with weathered wood distress ink.
The mini mantel is a window sill die
from Poppystamps.
Do you have stockings hanging on your mantel this year?
Not as many Floridians will!

A Hunting We Will Go

It's Kren with a monochromatic green card to share
for the MFP/SFF challenge this week.
I used the set called Bow Hunting
to create a masculine card all in greens.

Hope you can join us this week!

Red!

The MFP/SFF challenge this week is to make a
monochromatic red card.
I took out my Peerless watercolors and painted watercolor paper.
After running it through with an embossing folder,
I loaded a brayer with embossing fluid and
embossed the raised portions with embossing powder.

I used a set called Primitive Farm and a brighter
red embossing powder on vellum for the images and sentiment.

Here's my card.
